We also offer our popular full service solution. When we get a request, we design the signs and send back a proof with a price quote. We also initiate the state mandated locate request. Once we have an approval and the required 72-hour locate process has concluded, we manufacture the signs. Then we go to the property and install the signs on one of our sturdy 4×4 “hangman” posts. When the property sells, we go back out and take it all down and return your signs to you or keep them in our inventory. We also provide the posts and above ground frames for the 4′ x 4′ and 4′ x 8′ used for commercial real estate.
